Retreat Program and Schedule
During this retreat you will have access to yoga classes and surfing adventures everyday to nourish your body, mind, and spirit in the form of a moving meditation.
If rising with the sun to the sound of jungle birds singing their tunes and setting your intentions with daily guided meditations sounds like the perfect day to you then this retreat is for you!
After our morning movement practice nourish your body with a delicious freshly prepared breakfast buffet served to you by the local Balinese humble hearted staff of Pondok Pitaya.
Then take some time to relax by the pool and soak up the Balian sun or go for a leisurely stroll on the glittering black sand beach with ocean waves lapping at your feet.
Or maybe you start your day by hitting the surf, catching the first set of the day tasting the salty ocean kiss your body as you ride the waves until your hearts content.
No trip to Bali is complete without visiting some of the beautiful temples that seem to pop up at every turn as you wind your way through the bustling streets and will be a sure stop on our list of sites to see.
With a surprise adventure to one of Bali's best kept secret hidden paradise's you will taste the many flavors of local Balinese coffee beans and tea leaves as you sit overlooking beautiful jungle green and rice paddy fields.
As if this weren't sweet enough you have the opportunity to get an even closer encounter with the beautiful jungle that surrounds and connect back to the spirit of your inner child soaring in the air on a giant swing feeling the laughter of joy filling your heart up full.
And of course a retreat would not be complete without a full day of luxurious pampering as we relax and unwind in the nurturing hands of local Balinese masseuses. We will end our retreat in the healing mecca that is Ubud giving our body's the love they deserve with a full body Balinese massage and other soothing treatments to get the issues out of our tissues!

Elias Gaitan
Elias Gaitan is a passionate and devoted yoga/meditation practitioner and teacher. He has committed his life to the pursuit of connection, health and well being. He has been practicing yoga/meditation for over 25 years and has studied and trained with a variety of teachers internationally. He has multiple yoga certifications and is a registered E-RYT 500, and YACEP (continued education) trainer with Yoga Alliance.
Elias believes yoga is for everyone and his teaching style reflects this. His teaching method accommodates new and experienced yoga students, as well as those with injuries or body and mind limitations. Elias’ natural ease and calm creates a safe and empowered learning environment and this inspires students and teachers alike.
Elias trains and certifies new yoga teachers and also leads continued education yoga teacher trainings. When he is not training others internationally, he teaches at studios locally in Northern California. Elias also teaches yoga/meditation workshops, hosts yoga/meditation retreats, mentors yoga teachers and is a yoga studio design consultant. He is a Lululemon Ambassador and is a trained Re-evaluation Counseling.
